Frames Pro Software Return Policy

To obtain a refund on a packaged product that was delivered to you, you must adhere to the following guidelines. It is not possible to return downloaded software to PC Frames Pro.

  1. All returns must be preauthorized by PC Frames Pro. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns.

  2. Products not purchased directly from PC Frames Pro must be returned to the place of purchase and is subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.

  3. Returned products must be complete of ALL components (CD, manuals, software carton, etc.) that comprised the original shipment. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non-PC Frames Pro product / component returns.

  4. Returns in the United States must be received by PC Frames Pro within 35 days after the date PC Frames Pro ships the product. Returns for shipments from PC Frames Pro to locations outside the United States must be received by PC Frames Pro within 60 days after the date PC Frames Pro ships the product.

  5. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. To receive an RMA number, contact PC Frames Pro by E-mail at pcframespro@comcast.net. You will be given the RMA number and the address for the return.

    PC Frames Pro suggests that you return the package with a carrier that has a reliable tracking system, as PC Frames Pro will not make a refund until it receives the package.

  6. Upon receipt of an authorized return, PC Frames Pro will provide a refund to you (less shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded).

  7. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the product was originally purchased. If you purchased by money order or check, PC Frames Pro will send you a check. If you purchased by paypal, then a paypal refund will be submitted once you have supplied us with your paypal email address. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your refund to appear on your account or to receive a check by mail.
